Open day Yoga
Cold weather, winter holidays, the daily routine… Here we are again: laziness takes over the joy of dedicating time to sporting activities.
Once the adrenaline-filled sensation of initial novelty is over, sooner or later the motivation begins to fail.
So we recommend you some strategies to rediscover the pleasure of taking care of yourself:
– ask yourself what pushed you to approach a certain activity or practice, and always keep this primary motivation in mind.
– think about how you will feel after the activity in terms of energy, well-being and mood.
– plan your commitments and also include your sporting activities in your daily to-do-list.
– prepare everything you will need (clothes, any equipment, water bottle, etc…) in advance so as not to waste time close to your commitment.
– try involving a colleague or friend in your hobby: you will give each other mutual support and you will have an extra opportunity to spend time together.
In this regard, we remind you that on January 18th you will have the opportunity to spend the whole morning practicing one or more yoga classes for free.
The event will take place in our Health Yoga studio, located in via xx Settembre 30/10 and is open to everyone.
