One Thursday a month, Gloria – our Yoga teacher and trainer and Pilates instructor – offers you a YogaPilates class, at our studio located in via xx Settembre 30/10

During this monthly event, you will have the opportunity to double the benefits of a single lesson, working simultaneously on both reinforcement and joint mobility and flexibility

What are the main benefits of YogaPilates

You will first discover the difference between yogic (diaphragmatic) and pilates (latero-posterior thoracic) breathing, learning to use them correctly based on the required focus. 

In fact, the right breathing allows you to: 

activate deep muscles

relax the vagus nerve (improving circulation, digestion and mood), 

properly calibrate moments of effort and stretch

come into deep contact with the body

calm your mind

Through the exercises of the pilates repertoire you will strengthen and tone the body, improving resistance and muscle tone. 

In addition, thanks to a dynamic yoga flow, you will feel freer in your movements, releasing tension on a physical and emotional level, improving your mood and energy level! 

Furthermore, the circulatory and lymphatic system will find great benefit, leaving you in a state of lightness and widespread well-being.

Cortisol levels, especially thanks to final relaxation, will drop and stress or anxiety levels will be significantly reduced
